Up for auction is this never before registered, 1989 911 Speedster finished in Guards Red over a black leather interior. It is now being offered for auction in exceptional condition by its seller out of California with only 41 delivery miles on the odometer.
Characterized by a low-swept windshield and distinctive double-bubble rear cover, the 911 Speedster offers streamlined looks reminiscent of the original 356 Speedster. The classic Guards Red finish on this Speedster is said to be in as-new condition. Please view the images for a detailed look at this Speedsters true exterior state. This example rides on its factory equipped 16″ Fuchs wheels which come wrapped in new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. A beautifully presented car finished in a timeless specification, this Speedster is an absolute showstopper.
This Speedster is appointed in a Black partial leather interior that highlights rarely seen rootwood dash trim ($4k option). This interior remains in like-new condition as indicated by the seller with all electronics in excellent working order. Noteworthy factory options include: an Alpine CD-2 stereo, shortened shift lever, heated seating with lumbar support, eight-way electrical seating, elevated steering wheel hub, luggage compartment Instead of rear seats, automatic speed control, and an amplifier.
Fitted with its factory 3.2 L normally aspirated flat-six engine, this Speedster puts out 215 HP to the rear wheels through a smooth 5-speed manual G50 transmission with an optional limited slip differential. Sharing the same brake and suspension system as the Turbo model from the factory, performance is no concern on this Speedster. A recent service was carried out by V&S Motors in California including a new engine isolation pad, all new fluids, new filters, new belts, valve adjustment, and a cleaning of the fuel system. This speedster is said to be in excellent running condition.

@ChequeredFlag the 928 manual was removed.
@Zguri clerical oversight.
@Zguri Yes, sorry about that. That and the 928 documents were brought up to PCar yesterday so I'm just waiting for them to be taken down. Please disregard those. Thanks!
Why is there an owner's manual for a 1979 928 included?

@Carrerafan Exactly the reason we gave did the first service. Oil, filters, brake and suspension check, flushed and replaced all fluids, fuel injectors, engine insulation pad, new battery, intake manifold, brake hoses, valve covers, alternator, fan, valve adjustment, etc...all in all retailing nearly $8k.
The shame is this thing has never been driven. Not even a few thousand miles! Does a car even function mechanically if it has never been driven for 30+ years??
