This 1988 Porsche 911 Turbo Coupe is finished in Grand Prix White over a Burgundy leather interior. It features optional wheel centers in Grand Prix White, a limited-slip differential, power height-adjustable Sport Seats, a Blaupunkt stereo, an electric sunroof, and more. This 930 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Ohio showing less than 46k miles on the odometer.

Finished in Grand Prix White, the 930 features characteristic wide fenders and a Tea Tray rear spoiler. Equipment includes headlight washers, fog lights, a rear window wiper, and dual exhaust outlets. A set of 16” Fuchs alloy wheels with Grand Prix White painted centers come dressed in Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires from 2021. The seller notes that scrapes can be seen on the left rear wheel’s rim edge and the windshield glass is delaminating. Additionally, the left door, decklid, rear spoiler, and rear quarter panels were repainted in preparation for the sale. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report showing damage to the left side in January 1989.

Inside, this 930 Turbo is upholstered in Burgundy leather and features optional power height-adjustable front Sport Seats as well as an optional elevated steering wheel hub. Additional options include an alarm system, a Blaupunkt cassette stereo, and an electric sunroof. Other equipment includes air conditioning, an analog clock, power windows, and folding rear seatbacks. The seller indicates a black leather Porsche Sport steering wheel has been installed and some wear on the driver’s seat bolster is present. All gauges are said to be in working order.

Powered by a turbocharged and intercooled 3.3-liter flat-six engine, this 930 Turbo delivers up to 282 HP and 289 lb.-ft. of torque to the rear wheels by way of a 4-speed manual transmission and a factory-optioned limited-slip differential. The seller notes the suspension ride height has been lowered and maintenance completed on the car in June 2023 included a new battery and tray bracket, spark plugs, upper and lower valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, breather plate gasket, oil thermostat o-ring, oil lines, an oil and filter change, a new fuel filter, engine air filter, intercooler mount seals and o-ring, oil pressure sender, engine pad, license plate bulbs, heater hose, hot air duct, wastegate gasket, turbo outlet gasket, turbo oil line gasket, shift rod coupling, shifter bushings, ball socket, shifter boot, servicing of the air conditioning condenser blower and blower socket gasket, brake fluid service, turn signal switch, hazard flasher relay, fuel tank sending unit, and steering rack boots.

This sale will include a toolkit, a spare tire, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “We have been in the business for 35 years buying, servicing, and selling Euro brands, predominantly Porsche. These cars hold a special place in our hearts, and this is a very nice example. Although we do not have many years of its service history you can tell the car was cared for by the condition it is in.”

    @MRobert-Dallas1
    Careful review of the paint meter readings will show that the door jamb on the left side still wears the original paint. You could assume from that reading that the right quarter remains original to the car. We were not happy with the paintwork on that quarter and the decklid so we had it refinished to a higher quality than when we purchased the car. The decklid had minor damage to the clear - we had that refinished as well. The quality and color match are excellent. We wish we had details on the accident.

    @MRoberts-Dallas1 As stated in a previous comment- We have no history of the 1989 Damage reported to the Carfax. I cannot assume anything about what damage occurred other than it says “Accident reported with another motor vehicle – Damage to left side”. When I purchased the car, I knew it had an accident, according to the Carfax report. The color match on the car is excellent.
