This righthand drive 1988 Land Rover Defender 90 was imported from the U.K. in 2017 after being restored with new paint, a new roof panel, windows, a Terrafirma lift kit, Boost wheels, LED lighting, a Frontrunner roof rack, and more. It was factory equipped with a 3.5L V8 paired with a 5-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. Showing approximately 103k kilometers (64k miles) on the odometer, this Defender 90 is now being offered at auction by its owner out of New Jersey.
The exterior has been refinished in the current grey color and features a replacement black roof panel with Alpine windows. Equipment includes an A-frame nudge bar on the front bumper, a NAS-style rear bumper with a step, a Frontrunner roof rack with a rear ladder, and diamond plate trim on the hood, rear door, side steps, and rocker panels. Other accessories include a tow hitch, mudflaps, front headlight guards, rear tail light guards, upgraded LED lighting, and Range Rover-style fender vents. The seller reports some corrosion and paint bubbling at the underside of the doors, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report. This Defender rides on black-finished Boost five-spoke wheels mounted with BFGoodrich mud tires.
The interior is upholstered with grey cloth and features two front bucket seats with a pair of inward-facing jump seats in the rear. Amenities include a Sony stereo head unit, an analog clock, a leather-wrapped three-spoke aftermarket steering wheel, a locking center cubby box trimmed with Land Rover branded fabric, dual cupholders, sliding rear windows, and all-season rubber Land Rover-branded floormats.
This Defender is powered by a 3.5L V8 with Stromberg carburetors rated at 158 HP and 210 lb.-ft of torque. All four wheels are driven through a 5-speed manual transmission, a dual-range transfer case, and a locking center differential. This Defender has received an upgraded Terrafirma lift kit with new springs, shocks, and a steering stabilizer. Detailed service records are said to accompany the sale.

Hello,
Nice looking Defender. I don’t see bottom of door pics in the gallery. Am I missing them? Do you have any pics of the underside of the vehicle?
Thank you
