One of only several hundred examples factory configured as a Slant Nose (M505) by Porsche’s Exclusive Department, this 1987 Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet comes finished in Grand Prix White with matching wheels and a rare Crimson Red Special Leather interior. The car is said to have once been owned by a top Domino’s Pizza executive and was originally registered in New York before moving to Florida in the late 1990s. Showing just under 68k miles on the odometer, this highly collectible Slant Nose Cabriolet is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Texas.
The exterior is finished in Grand Prix White (P5) with optional matching wheel centers and an electric canvas soft top in black. Originally offered by Porsche’s Sonderwunsch or “Special Wishes” Department, the Slant Nose bodywork includes flat vented front fenders with pop-up headlamps, flared rocker panels, and triple-straked air intakes ahead of the rear wheels. The factory 16” Fuchs rims come dressed in a set of BF Goodrich G-Force Sport Comp 2 tires and the paint is described to be in very good condition given the car’s age and mileage, detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The cabin is appointed with Crimson Red Special Leather upholstery contrasted by black carpeting, dashboard, and seat piping. Factory equipment includes an elevated steering wheel hub, power seats, air-conditioning, central locking, and cruise control. A vintage Blaupunkt Cancun CR63 radio has been fitted along with stainless steel Turbo script door sill guards.
As much as 282 HP and 289 lb.-ft of torque are sent to the rear wheels by way of a turbocharged and intercooled 3.3L flat-six engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential. The CARFAX report shows a maintenance inspection completed by Porsche of Orlando in 2014 at 67,139 miles.
This sale will include the original owner’s manuals, a clean title, and a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity.

@md717 Just wondering, does the convertible top work and is it in good condition?
@md717 Thank you. I look forward to seeing all new pictures and videos.
@Balzan I won't have the videos and pictures until tomorrow. My apologies. I will have a driving video, paint meter, and all your requests as soon as possible.
Thank you for the videos but we are also waiting for a driving video as requested below. Any chance of having that today as well? Still haven't seen a picture with the top up? Does the top work? The auction is ending in 2 days and these pictures and videos are crucial. Hope you can help. Thanks.
Good Morning. Any chance you can get all the additional pictures up today? Would really like to see them.
@Balzan I don't know what the Smog requirements are for California. I know this cars hasn't been altered and shouldn't have any issue passing smog.
Please confirm this car can pass California snog testing. Thank you.
@Balzan Yes sir
Can you also include a picture of the car with the top up? That would be very helpful. Thank you.
Sorry to bother you but I would love to see the pictures of the paint meter, a driving video and the under carriage. Do you think they might be posted soon? Thank you for your help with this.

@Balzan Last service was done at 67,776 in April of 2020. I will post a picture of the passenger floor mat directly.
@Balzan This is a numbers matching car. It is 1 of 130 factor 505 Flachbau Stantnose Turbo imported to the US. It does have a Porsche Certificate of Authenticity. It is 1 of 51 with Crimson Red interior. Thanks
Sorry to be a pain but what service has been done since 2014? Has the car only been driven about 6-700miles since the last service?
I wonder if you can take a picture of the floor/mat on the drivers side? Thank you.
I wonder if it is numbers matching? There is no mention of that. Engine and transmission.
Hello everyone, I will take some undercarriage pictures and have them up for you. As far as the paint meter readings I will see if I can get some readings for you as soon as possible. If there are any other questions please let me know. Thanks
Well, this thing is cute as hell. Great spec. GL
Photos of the undercarriage would be helpful...
Can we get paint meter readings ?
