This 1987 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet comes finished in Guards Red over a Cashmere Beige interior. Featuring greater horsepower and a smoother G50 manual transmission introduced for the 1987 model year, this three-owner example spent much of its life in California. It sports chromed Fuchs wheels, a newer black convertible top, and recently upholstered leather seats. With just over 97k miles on the odometer, this Carrera Cabriolet is now being offered by its owner out of Oklahoma.
This 911 is finished in traditional Guards Red with a newer manually operated black soft top. Equipment includes impact bumpers, color-matched side mirrors, fog lights integrated into the lower front valence, a third brake light mounted above its rear whale tail spoiler, and chrome Fuchs wheels with Cooper Zeon RS3-A high-performance A/S tires. The seller reports a minor parking lot accident slightly damaged the right front of the car in 2011 and repairs were carried out by Autobody USA. Additional images are provided in the gallery along with a full CARFAX report.
The Cashmere Beige interior features newly reupholstered leather front seats and an original Blaupunkt cassette radio. All gauges and accessories are said to work properly, although the A/C does not blow cold at this time.
The air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six engine produces as much as 217 HP and drives the rear wheels through a G50 5-speed manual transmission. The starter was replaced in 2013, a new steering column and bearing were installed in 2015, and the clutch was replaced in 2016 at 85.5k miles along with a new camshaft oil line and oil return tubes. A major service was performed at 89,470 miles by Professional Motor Car and a new battery and alternator were installed in 2021 followed by the replacement of the oil cooler in 2022.
This sale will include the owner’s manual, spare tire, toolkit, car cover, and clean title (lien).

@Cward2 hello and thanks for the interest! There is nothing missing to my knowledge. Also, the wheels were chromed by the original owner.
Hello and thanks for all the interest and bids that are coming in! There is nothing missing on the bumpers and the wheels have been chromed by the original owner.
Hard to tell from the pics but is the piping missing between the top and bottom of the front bumper extensions on both sides? And confirming the wheels are chromed rather than polished?
