Now available is this nicely-presented 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa finished in Grand Prix White over a Black leather interior.  Having been in the hands of its previous owner for over twenty years, this Targa is said to have always been properly maintained with extensive service records to back it up.  Showing 58k miles on the odometer, this example is now being offered in highly original condition out of California.

The Grand Prix White finish on this Targa is said to be in excellent overall condition with a few areas of touch-up paint noted on the front bumper.  Detailed images are available in the photo gallery. A few key features of this Targa include an iconic black Targa bar, a brand new targa top, integrated fog lights and a set of chrome plated factory Fuchs wheels that are wrapped in healthy Good Year Eagle tires.

The black leather interior is noted to be in great condition which is clear when viewing the provided images.  The seller states that an aftermarket radio has been installed during the 1980’s with a receipt of the work performed included in-sale.  All electronics and accessories are said to be in working order aside from the air conditioning which is currently inoperable.

This Targa is powered by an air-cooled 3.2L flat-six engine that sends approximately 207 HP to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.  The seller notes that extensive receipts will show proper maintenance performed on this vehicle throughout its life.  Upon the seller’s possession, a service was carried out which included the following items:

  • New fluids and filters
  • New Bosche alternator
  • New spark plugs
  • New wires

This Targa is said to be up-to-date on service including a recent oil and filter change performed a few hundred miles ago.

The sale will include a master key, factory books, service records, tools, and a clean Carfax report. Do not miss your chance to own this rolling time capsule.
