This 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Coupe was extensively modified several years ago under previous ownership, including Corris Grey Metallic paint, steel widebody fender flares, and custom carbon fiber components. The car is equipped with projector headlamps, a custom deployable rear spoiler, custom plexiglass side windows with integrated carbon fiber air ducts, carbon fiber side skirts, black and burgundy leather upholstery, a DND three-spoke steering wheel, a Numeric shifter, a center-mounted GT3 muffler, custom 17” wheels, and more. Originally delivered to the U.S. and imported to Canada in 2004, this one-of-a-kind Carrera is now being offered for auction out of Ontario.
The car was stripped down by the previous owner and modified with steel widebody fender flares, a 930 Turbo SE-style front bumper, custom carbon fiber side skirts, a rear bumperette delete, and a customized 930 Turbo rear wing with a deployable 964 Carrera spoiler. The exterior was refinished in the contemporary Range Rover color of Corris Grey Metallic (873), as indicated by the handwritten paint code tag installed in the engine compartment. Equipment includes black Porsche script side stripes, projector headlamps, carbon fiber mirror trim, dual center-mounted GT3 exhaust tips, an electric sunroof, and custom Singer-inspired plexiglass rear quarter windows with integrated carbon fiber air ducts. The black 17” wheels were reportedly custom-built for the car and come dressed in Toyo tires from 2017.
Appointed with black and burgundy leather upholstery, the cabin features a DND three-spoke steering wheel, a Numeric shifter, custom carbon fiber trim pieces, power windows, air conditioning, a rear spoiler switch, drilled aluminum floorboards, a custom tachometer dial, and aftermarket speakers. The CARFAX report shows a mileage discrepancy in 2012, and the car’s true mileage is unknown.
Power comes from an air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six engine paired with a 5-speed 915 manual transaxle. Performance modifications include a GT3 rear muffler and a Rennline front strut tower brace. The seller indicates the car has been well-maintained, and there are no outstanding maintenance items.
This sale will include a spare tire, a car cover, a battery trickle charger, and a Canadian registration.

@Rogerporsche911 My apologies, you are correct it is hydro dip
@kstukas i will double check thank you
@Rogerporsche911 you might want to triple check that. It may be carbon fiber underneath, but the surface has been hydrodipped.
@wideridezzz shift very well with no play
@kstukas confirming it is real carbon fiber
@TL3 Like WEEVO. I get it now, thanks. I thought at first it was one of those shifters with all the gears in a line
@wideridezzz Numeric is a brand that makes shifter assemblies and linkages. Great products.
Cool car! The carbon trim everywhere looks like it might be hydro dipped. Can you confirm it is not real carbon fiber?
What is a 'Numeric' shifter? The gear shift knob appears to have a regular shift pattern on it.
It's a powerfully attractive feature however it works!
