@cacciolaacon that sounds good was there ever any paint meter readings? I can’t jump over to Toronto because of this virus otherwise I would be there tomorrow morning!
@Ponytail I am the third owner
I understand that but how many owners before u ?
@Ponytail the car is 35 years old and are known to leak regardless of mileage. Also original seals dry with age.
Can explain why top end reseal with such low miles
Good afternoon @cacciolaacon,
I just used the contact seller button and provided my full contact details. Please try and provide as much as you can on what I have asked for.
I ship cars to and from Canada regular. TFX does a great job. Duty is 2.5% of the selling price including shipping expenses and .5% for Harbor and Maintenance fees or a total of 3% of the total price of the vehicle.
Canadian documents will easily convert in to a USA title and registration however this car will not pass a California Smog.
Best of luck to all bidders and interested parties as well as the seller,
Bill Noon
@cacciolaacon hi seller, in your favor I believe it is even less than 3%. Something between 2-2.5% is what I was told recently by a friend who just completed a similar purchase. Best to all.
@Ponytail I believe there is approx 3 percent duty plus shipping fees to bring the car from Canada to the United States. Shipping fees would be in addition as well. There are shipping companies that specialize in shipping cars across the border. I recommend TFX international located in Toronto ON Canada
What are the Duties or Fees associated with crossing the border into the US?
@Ponytail mileage is listed in the ad as 16,000 miles and yes AC works
Hi do u know the true mileage? Does the air work? Thanks
@Bill_Noon Hi Bill. It is a numbers matching car, however, I don’t have the ability to get the car on a lift and snap photos nor do I have the ability to get a compression test done prior to auction end. Should you win the car, you are more than welcome to perform a compression test prior to payment/pickup
I will submit photos of documents and trunk area as per your request and they will be on the listing by end of day/tomorrow morning. Please bid with confidence.
@Bill_Noon bill I will upload additional photos today and try to get as much info as possible. Compression tests etc etc maybe not possible but pls bid and your bid can be contingent on an inspection
Can I come view this car? You are only 20kms from me?
@SCG the mileage report was an error
@Bill_Noon will upload more photos and info. Pls send me an email with your contact number and I can send what I have
