Powered by an air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six engine mated to a 5-speed manual transaxle, this 1985 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet is finished in Guards Red over a Black interior. It features integrated fog lights, 16” Fuchs alloy wheels, air conditioning, a power driver’s seat, coco floor mats, and an upgraded Porsche Classic stereo. Purchased by the current owner in 2021 and recently serviced with A/C maintenance, this Carrera Cabriolet is now being offered for auction out of Texas with approximately 52k miles showing on the odometer.
This 911 is finished in Guards Red with a black convertible top and matching tonneau cover. Equipment includes integrated front fog lights, headlamp wishers, a Porsche-branded rear reflector, and 16” Fuchs alloy wheels with black-painted centers and polished outer lips. Some small rock chips and cosmetic imperfections can be seen on the exterior and the tires show production date codes from 2018. The cabin features black leather seats with a matching dashboard, door panels, and carpets. Accessories include a power-operated driver’s seat, a four-spoke leather steering wheel, power windows, air conditioning, a central locking system, cruise control, an analog quartz clock, black and red coco floor mats, and an upgraded Porsche Classic (PCCM) stereo with Bluetooth, navigation, and Apple CarPlay. Some creasing is noted and the driver’s seat and the seller states the air conditioning system was recently recharged and serviced with a new blower motor and resistor.
An air-cooled 3.2-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 207 HP and 192 lb.-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 5-speed Type 915 manual transaxle. A collection of service records from the current ownership is provided for reference in the gallery.
