Named for a famous breed of Spanish fighting bulls in the Lamborghini tradition, the Jalpa debuted at the Geneva Motor Show in 1981 as a more practical alternative to the flagship Countach supercar. The Jalpa is powered by a 3.5-liter V8 engine and accelerates from 0-60 MPH in less than 6 seconds. Finished in Acapulco Blue over Crema leather, this 1985 example is said to have been originally sold in New Jersey and spent time in the Netherlands before being imported to Canada. It is now available auction once again on PCARMARKET.

This Jalpa came factory-finished in the rare color of Acapulco Blue and is said to have been repainted once before under prior ownership. Designed by Carrozzeria Bertone, the Jalpa’s angular bodywork was influenced by Lamborghini’s preceding Silhouette P300 model and features a removable targa top, flared fenders, integrated air scoops, pop-up headlights, and an optional rear wing. An update for the 1984 model year included new round taillights as well as body-colored bumpers, engine lid, and air intakes. This example rides on factory 16” Ruote O.Z. Racing wheels dressed in Pirelli tires, detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The cabin is lined with black carpeting and upholstered in Crema leather covering the seats, door panels, and center console.  Accessories include a gated shifter, air conditioning, and power windows.

The naturally aspirated 3.5-liter V8 engine features dual overhead camshafts and four twin-barrel Weber carburetors. Approximately 250 HP is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle. Some maintenance records are said to be available, and the seller states all fluids have been replaced in preparation for the next owner.

This sale will include a Canadian registration.

I just bought a new STO. Ordered by me from Lamborghini. The tool kit still includes a pair of those glove in 2025. It says a lot about the fare of the car that those gloves still exist in your possession . Love the car GLWS
