Honda popularized three-wheel motorcycles throughout the 1970s and early 1980s, specially tuned for rugged trail riding and thrilling outdoor adventures. This 1984 ACT 110 comes finished in red and is powered by a 105cc SOHC four-stroke paired with a 4-speed manual transmission. Having been serviced in preparation for this sale this ACT 110 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Wisconsin.
The designer of the 110, Osamu Takeuchi, was tasked with creating a new kind of motorcycle that dealers could sell in the winter, so he came up with a three-wheeled design that used balloon tires that were perfect for use on snow and soft ground. This ACT 110 comes finished in red with blue and white graphics and a black leather seat. The seller states that the finish remains in good overall condition while showing minor scratches on the plastic surfaces. Additional images can be found in the gallery. Details include a rear grab bar, rubber-covered foot pegs, and a set of 11” wheels dressed in a set of new Wanda tires.
Power comes from a four-stroke 105cc SOHC engine which drives the rear wheel by way of a dual-range 4-speed manual transmission with an automatic clutch and an enclosed drive chain. Stopping power comes from a rear drum brake which can be actuated by either the handlebar lever or the right foot pedal. Recent service is said to include new tires, a new pull cable, and an oil and filter service.
This sale will include a registration and the owner's manual.
The seller would like you to know: "Excellent 1984 Honda ATC 110 Three-Wheeler for sale. This thing is in great condition and starts right up, is lots of fun to ride and these are becoming more and more collectible so get it while you can!"
