Produced for the 1983 model year only, the 911SC Cabriolet was the first Porsche 911 to feature a full open-top convertible design. This example is finished in Guards Red over Black upholstery and features 16” Fuchs alloy wheels, fog lights, a black convertible soft top, Sport Seats, air conditioning, cruise control, and more. This 911SC is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania with less than 16k miles showing on the odometer.
The exterior is finished in Guards Red with a black retractable soft top. Equipment includes body-colored headlamp rings, rectangular fog lights, a front chin spoiler, and black-painted 16” Fuchs alloy wheels wrapped in Continental tires that were mounted in 2021. The seller states the rear spoiler has been removed and the decklid has been refinished. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
Inside, the driver is greeted with Black leather upholstery. Accessories include Sport Seats, a black leather three-spoke steering wheel, air conditioning, power windows, cruise control, a quartz clock, and an aftermarket stereo. All gauges and electronics are confirmed to be in proper working order.
An air-cooled 3.0-liter flat-six engine delivers up to 180 HP and 175 lb-ft of torque to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle. Performance features include four-wheel independent suspension, front and rear stabilizer bars, rack-and-pinion steering, and power-assisted vented disc brakes. The seller adds that a major service in 2021 included replacing the spark plugs, spark plug wires, and valve cover gasket, and the battery was replaced in 2025.
This sale will include a clean title, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, an air pump, a car cover, a battery charger, and sales literature.
The seller would like you to know: “This is a one-owner, well-maintained car with extremely low miles that looks and drives fantastic.”

Sellers name corresponds to GM at dealer where car was serviced multiple times ( Dad’s car??). Seems very clean ( glass photos seem to correspond to miles) but also confused why a dealer doesn’t have paint meter readings, service info, etc

it's a private party that is related to the dealer so we're handling the transaction for him.
@FrankLevine Thank you. And just to be clear, is this a dealer sale or private party sale?
we have some maintenance records. we do not have the original window sticker. we do not have the original rear spoiler.
the seats are original.
Do you have any maintenance records, original window sticker, removed rear spoiler, and are the sports seats original to the car (accessories is an odd way to state factory "options").
@992Pcar everything is original to the best of our knowledge
Has your Speedometer been changed out? On pic 82 Speedometer needle is faded compared to Tach needle
