This 1983 Land Rover Defender 110, a model renowned for its rugged durability and off-road capabilities, has undergone extensive modifications after being imported to the U.S. by Manz Motor Company of Lyndeborough, New Hampshire, in 2021. Originally a right-hand drive, this example was converted to a left-hand drive and transformed into a 6×6 pickup with the installation of a robust 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine paired with a 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission and an overhauled transfer case and differentials. Refinished in Aston Martin Zeon Gray over a black and tan leather interior, it features a 2″ suspension lift, Wilwood brakes, a Warn winch, LED lighting, a roll bar, 16″ Spectre-style alloy wheels, Ruskin heated seats, Classic Instruments gauges, a MOMO steering wheel, billet aluminum door hardware, power windows, an Alpine touchscreen infotainment system, and much more. Driven approximately 1k miles since the build, this 6x6-converted Defender is now being offered for auction by its seller out of California.

Refinished in an Aston Martin shade of Zeon Gray, this example underwent a 6×6 conversion featuring a custom-fabricated cargo bed. It showcases a Puma-style carbon-fiber hood, custom rear wheel arches, a roll bar, and black-finished tubular side steps. Additional equipment includes a Warn Zeon 12k-lb. winch with a synthetic line, LED lighting, roof-mounted driving lights, Optimill wing top vents, and a tubular rear bumper with a receiver hitch. It rides on black-finished 16” Spectre-style alloy wheels wrapped in Nitto Trail Grappler tires, with a matching spare mounted on the tail panel. Detailed images are available in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.

The left-hand-drive converted interior features front and rear Ruskin heated seats upholstered in tan and black leather with woven accents. The seats are mounted on Exmoor Trim brackets, and the same leather trim extends to the door panels, dashboard, and center console. Additional interior features include a MOMO steering wheel, Classic Instruments gauges, microsuede headliner, black carpets, and black-finished billet door hardware. Amenities include air conditioning, power windows, a rearview camera, and a JL Audio audio system paired with an Alpine touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay connectivity. All gauges and electronics are reported to be in proper working order with no warning lights illuminated.

Installed by Manz Motor Company in 2021, the 6.2-liter LS3 V8 engine features Corvette-branded trim panels and delivers power to the front four or all six wheels through a 6L80E 6-speed automatic transmission. This setup includes a custom pneumatically actuated dual-range transfer case positioned ahead of the middle axle and a locking center differential. Wilwood discs with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers facilitate braking. It also has a 2″ suspension lift, enhanced with lower durometer polyurethane bushings and Fox shocks with remote reservoirs.

This sale will include a spare tire and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “David said of meeting their first customer. “As soon as he walked in, he came over to our Defender 110 open top, and he loved it.” After quizzing David on the company and its process, the fellow promised to return the following day with his wife. He did and soon placed an order for a Defender 110 soft top. The man behind Manz Motor Company's first deal turned out to be none other than the show’s sponsor, McKeel Hagerty of Hagerty Insurance.”
