Introduced in 1960, the 40-Series Land Cruiser has long been celebrated for its exceptional off-road capabilities and enduring durability. This 1978 Toyota FJ40 was reportedly restored in Colombia before being imported to the U.S. in December 2023. Finished in white over black upholstery, it is powered by a 4.2-liter 2F inline-six engine paired with a 4-speed manual transmission and dual-range transfer case. Acquired by the seller here on PCARMARKET, this FJ40 is now being offered for auction out of New York.
During the aforementioned restoration, this FJ40 was refinished in white and fitted with a tan replacement soft top. Exterior details include silver-finished bumpers, auxiliary driving lights, dual side mirrors, and rear ambulance-style doors. Sorry, I’m driving right now so can’t open that up but it probably is the same listing. I bought the truck for my wife and she didn’t like a manual. Therefore, on the market again absolutely no issues whatsoever she drives great transmission engine Excellent suspension excellent

I just realized my earlier comment not clear on wheels/ tires. The wheels and tires are BRAND NEW. 6 miles on them.
The other tires are also in excellent condition. There are 2 sets of wheels and tires that come with this FJ.

I forgot to mention in the listing that I also have the four tires that I purchased when buying a truck and they are basically brand new condition that will come with the truck as well.
