Delivered new in California, this 1977 Porsche 911S Coupe features a fuel-injected 2.7-liter flat-six engine paired with a 5-speed manual transaxle. It was factory-equipped with optional leather seats, Koni shock absorbers, a front oil cooler, an electric sunroof, cruise control, and 15” Fuchs forged alloy wheels. The car has been refinished in metallic blue paint and customized with chrome exterior trim, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, a wood gear knob, aluminum pedals, a JVC stereo, and polished wheels. Imported to Canada several years ago and acquired by the seller in 2024, this 911S Coupe is now being offered for auction out of British Columbia.
This 911S was refinished in metallic blue paint from its original Silver Metallic color under prior ownership. The exterior has been modified with Euro-style side marker lights, headlamp grilles, and chrome trim on the bumpers, doors, wheel arches, decklid, and hood. Other equipment includes chrome headlamp rings, front fog lights, dual mirrors, aluminum rocker panel moldings, an electric sunroof, pop-out rear quarter windows, and polished 15” Fuchs forged alloy wheels. The car rides on Kumho Ecsta tires measuring 225/50 at each corner. Some imperfections are noted on the front end and mirror covers. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The black interior features optional leather seats, an aftermarket wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel, a wood shift knob, aluminum pedal covers, chrome gauge bezels, manual roll-up windows, and a heater. The sound system has been upgraded with aftermarket speakers, a Bazooka amplifier, and a JVC Bluetooth head unit. The odometer is said to have been replaced, and signs of wear are present on the seating surfaces.
Equipped with Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection, the air-cooled 2.7-liter flat-six engine produces a factory-rated output of 165 HP and 197 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle and stopping power is derived from four-wheel ventilated disc brakes. The seller indicates the engine was rebuilt in 1997.
This sale will include the original window sticker, owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, and a Saskatchewan registration.
The seller would like you to know: “Drives well. Runs strong. Great service history.”
