Commemorating 25 years of Porsche sports cars, the 911 Silver Anniversary was produced in a limited series of 1,063 examples, and approximately 500 are reported to have been sold in the United States. This 1975 Porsche 911 Silver Anniversary Edition was the subject of a full custom build by Patrick Motorsports and has been finished in Medio Grigio over a bespoke Chianti red leather and black Alcantara interior. It features a ducktail rear spoiler, custom metal bumpers, 9Eleven LED headlights, custom Group 4 Fuchs-style wheels, upgraded brakes and suspension, a reinforced 5-speed manual gearbox, and a custom 3.5-liter engine with electronic fuel injection. Having been completed within the last 500 miles, this custom-built 911 is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Arizona.

This 911 has been fitted with custom metal front and rear bumpers as well as an RS-style ducktail rear spoiler, yellow-tinted 9Eleven headlights and LED fog lights, a racing-style driver’s side mirror, darkened taillight assemblies, and custom black-painted Fuchs-style wheels by Group 4. The car was finished in the Ferrari color of Grigio Medio and decorated with black side stripes and red “PORSCHE” lettering. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The custom interior was crafted by American Traditions with German square weave carpeting, black Alcantara upholstery, and Chianti red Carlyle Leather on the seats, armrests, and door pulls. Accessories include custom door panels, an Alcantara headliner, a three-spoke MOMO steering wheel, a wood 917-style shift knob, manual window cranks, a drilled aluminum passenger floorboard, and a Bluetooth sound system featuring JL Audio speakers, a subwoofer, and an amplifier mounted in the smuggler’s box. The seller notes an electric air conditioning system is included and can be installed by the next owner.

Power comes from an air-cooled 3.5-liter flat-six engine custom-built by Patrick Motorsports including a 98mm big bore kit with Mahle forged piston and cylinders, a 993 Carrera RS camshaft set, RSR rockers, Clevite rods, oil-fed chain tensioners, Club Sport engine mounts, individual throttle bodies, coil-on-plug ignition, and an electronic fuel injection system paired with a MoTeC ECU. The engine breathes through B&B stainless-steel heat exchangers and a Dansk high-flow sport muffler. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a reinforced 5-speed 915 manual transaxle with a Wevo shift rod coupler, a lightweight single-mass flywheel, a heavy-duty Sachs clutch kit, and a Wavetrac limited-slip differential. The suspension has been rebuilt with all-new bushings, Turbo tie rods, and a KW front strut kit, and the brakes were overhauled with upgraded 964 calipers. Complete build records from Patrick Motorsports are provided in the gallery.

This sale will include owner’s manuals, a toolkit, a spare tire, a car cover, a battery charger, build records, and a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “If you are looking for an absolute head tuner, (a car that will always be valeted up front it's so rare) this 1975 Porsche 911 S Silver Anniversary Modified. It is my humble opinion the vehicle is in (1.25) condition "Outstanding to Clean". This is the last of nine Porsches that I have personally built for my private stable. I cannot drive a manual as a result of my hips. Dam getting old. Just the fact that I chose "Patrick Motorsports" to build the entire powertrain, suspension, and the entire undercarriage, plus I added electric AC which works like an AC should work. As we all know air-cooled AC is an oxymoron in Arizona ... but this electric AC recommended by Patrick Motorsports" is a serious AC unit on an air-cooled car.  (NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED W/ MINIMAL LABOR) I have every receipt for this build. After this baby is gone, I have completed my final sale. My hobby build shop is right next to the shop that is a featured Paterson Museum shop. The manager of the shop has consulted with me on this build. The car is finished in a color known as ‘Grigio Medio’ with Alcantara Leather. Thank Your Looking.”

    @nackulous Hello @nackulous,

    I always drove the car when it was Spring or Fall in Arizona, the best weather of the year. I am gone out of Arizona for the summers so I never had a need to install.

    Yes, that is the AC kit. I also posted the kit specs in the gallery.

    Thank you

  • nackulous (registered bidder) 11 months, 4 weeksago

    To be clear, you purchased the AC kit 11/1/2019, but never had it installed? Any reason why?

    Is this the kit?: https://patrickmotorsports.com/collections/electrical-equipment/products/aireleclrfktcrf?_pos=1&_sid=1aaa813f3&_ss=r

    Hello everyone,

    I am very proud to bring this custom 911 example to market through Pcar. This car means so much to me as my last project and I feel I put every effort into making sure this car turned out exceptional. In partnership with Patrick Motorsports I believe we built such a beautiful performance machine. I had high expectations in working with Patrick Motorsports on this car and they exceeded my expectations. The team I brought together including paint/body, Interior, and audio are all companies I have worked with on past projects and they are all amazing. I am here to answer any questions and have Patrick Motorsports as a resource as well.

    The next owner of this 911 will be sure to catch themselves smiling in the rear view mirror.

    Thank you all very much and good luck!
