@bertsboat I'd say this one is in a much higher category in terms of fit/finish
There can be an argument made that CIS is mechanical.

I’m guessing that the whale tail spoiler is original but would you please confirm.

@1822 I always close the door while holding onto the door handle.
It is the best way, in my humble opinion.......
@ROren Just wondering because of your Buick door slam comment. In my experience they need a bit of firmness to get the door to close properly; and they don’t really mind a bit of enthusiasm to ensure same, resulting in a very pleasing **thunk**. Very unlike my 996. Anyhoo…
@1822 I own one. Why ?
@ROren LOL. You familiar with the G-body cars?
It is Bosch CIS like all other US spec for the US Carrera.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but slide #75 says mechanical fuel injection. Electronic fuel injection?
Carrera script is a decal, the last owner added it, it is from Porsche , it is over the paint. Originally the Carrera script was delete
He slams the driver side door shut as if it was a 55 Buick
@rivardrene - is "carrera" script decal or paint? If decal under or over paint/clear as build shows "Carrera script delete" as built.
Welcome to this 1975 Carrera auction and good luck.
