Available for auction is this 1973 Fiat 595 finished in red over a black leather interior. After famed Fiat tuner Abarth was absorbed by Fiat in 1972, the 500-based 595 was created with a more powerful engine, wider wheels and tires, and a lowered suspension. This 1973 example is said to have been imported from Europe where it underwent a complete restoration during previous ownership.
This 595 comes finished in red and features front and rear chrome bumpers, a single driver-side mirror, various motorsport decals, “595” and “Abarth” badging, a black cloth sunroof, and a polished exhaust outlet. The seller notes that the finish remains in excellent overall condition, showing only minor imperfections. Detailed images can be found in the gallery. It rides on a set of 12” wheels dressed in a set of Uniroyal radial tires.
The cabin is upholstered in black leather with matching door panels, black floor liners, and a body-colored dashboard. Features include a 3-spoke leather-wrapped steering wheel, front vent windows, roll-up side windows, a Veglia speedometer, and a dashboard-mounted tachometer. The seller notes that the interior has been completely refurbished and confirms that all gauges, electronics, and accessories remain functional.
Power comes from a rear-mounted air-cooled 593 cc inline-twin engine. Compared with a standard 500, the 595 features a big-bore cylinder block, higher-compression pistons, redesigned inlet ports, an upgraded camshaft and exhaust system, and a larger carburetor. The rear wheels are driven by way of a 4-speed manual transaxle. The seller notes that partial service history is available and that the car recently underwent a 125-point inspection.
This sale will include a clean title.

@ WORLD (seller)
Thx, but I like only "originals".
Good luck!
@TheGerman I purchased this car the way you see it. The seller in Italy was the one that had the vehicle restored and updated. I am not an expert on Fiats so to be fair lets call this a "Tribute" car. I believe the restoration included all modifications.
@Cocho No Rust on floor boards. This was a fully restored at one time and only wear is normal wear and tear. A strong 8.5 out of 10.
