This 1972 Porsche 911T Targa has been customized in the style of a 1974 Carrera RSR race car including widened fenders and a Whale Tail rear spoiler. It features a custom metallic grey exterior finish as well as cloth bucket seats and a MOMO shifter and steering wheel. It was acquired by the seller from a long-term previous owner in 2016 and is now being offered for auction out of Wyoming.
This 911T has been converted from its original long hood configuration with a shorter late-model hood and an RSR-style front bumper with integrated driving lamps behind the mesh front grille. Wider fenders were also installed along with a matching rear bumper and a 930 Turbo-style Whale Tail spoiler. The car was previously refinished in the current dark grey metallic color and rides on a set of aftermarket cross-spoke wheels with black-painted centers and polished outer lips. The wheels are dressed in Kumho tires and the seller notes some miscellaneous scratches and blend marks in the paint. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin is fitted with a pair of aftermarket cloth-trimmed bucket seats with mesh headrests as well as a three-spoke MOMO steering wheel and a carbon fiber MOMO shift knob. An aftermarket JVC head unit has been installed and connected to Pioneer TS-X8 speakers behind the passenger seat. The seller notes the original door panels and pockets have been retained and the dashboard is free of cracks.
Power comes from an air-cooled 2.4-liter flat-six engine paired with MFI fuel injection and a 5-speed manual transaxle. Stopping power is derived from fixed 2-piston brakes and ventilated discs at each corner. The seller indicates an oil service was completed in May 2023.
This sale will include a clean title and a spare tire.
The seller would like you to know: Excellent running and driving car. Drive as-is or restore as a long hood in its original Light Yellow color.

Some feedback would be great to evaluate what kind of project you are going to find yourself with! What are the chances that this car can't make it down the block and is full of rust on the underside?
gotta love the casual "none of you are worth my time" that the seller is giving here...
