This 1970 Porsche 911T Coupe has been modified as a tribute to the 1974 Carrera RS 2.7 model, featuring a rebuilt 2.7-liter flat-six engine with Bosch mechanical fuel injection, ported heads, Turbo-style valve covers, and SSI heat exchangers. Finished in orange over a black interior, the car also includes an overhauled suspension, cross-drilled brake discs, steel fender flares, fiberglass RS-style bumpers, a ducktail rear spoiler, 15” Fuchs wheels, lightweight RS carpets, RS-style door panels, a three-spoke MOMO steering wheel, and black leather bucket seats with houndstooth cloth inserts. Cared for by the current owner since 2010, this custom RS-style 911T is now being offered for auction out of California.
This 911T has been modified with fiberglass RS-style bumpers, steel rear fender flares, and a fiberglass decklid featuring a ducktail spoiler. The exterior has been refinished in orange and fitted with black Carrera script side stripes, chrome trim and door handles, a driver’s side mirror, and a 2.7 decklid grille badge. The car rides on 15” Fuchs wheels dressed in period-style Pirelli P6000 tires. The seller describes the paint as being in good driver-quality condition with some cosmetic imperfections present. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The black interior features leather front bucket seats with houndstooth cloth inserts, lightweight RS carpeting, RS-style door panels with leather pull straps, a rear seat delete, and a three-spoke MOMO steering wheel. Accessories include manual window cranks, a heater, a locking glovebox, and analog VDO instrumentation. The seller indicates that all electrical components and gauges are fully functional.
The car’s originally 2.2-liter flat-six engine has been rebuilt to a 2.7-liter displacement with larger pistons and cylinders, featuring a Bosch mechanical fuel injection (MFI) system, ported heads, Turbo-style valve covers, SSI heat exchangers, and a new muffler. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transaxle. Cross-drilled brake rotors have been installed, and the suspension has been overhauled with new ball joints, shocks, and bushings. The seller notes the engine rebuild was carried out approximately 7k miles ago, and a service was recently completed with a brake fluid flush, new spark plugs, valve adjustments, and leak-down and compression tests.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “One of the best driving 911s around.”

Nice RS clone. Are all the wheels the same width, or staggered? Does this have a functioning front mounted oil cooler? Please explain the blister/cracked paint flaw. Nice presentation.
