This 1967 Shelby Cobra replica was constructed in 2009 by D&D Cobra of Quebec, Canada, and is finished in silver over black upholstery. Power comes from a newly built small-block 427 stroker engine with a Holley Sniper Gen II fuel-injected throttle body, assembled by Phoenix Engines. Additional features include a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission, power steering, a twin center-mounted exhaust system, Wilwood brakes, AutoMeter gauges, Bluetooth connectivity, and BC Forged wheels. Bearing a CSX3504 VIN tag, this example is registered as a 1967 Shelby Cobra and is now being offered for auction by its seller out of South Carolina.
The exterior is finished in silver with a monochromatic racing stripe running the length of the body. Exterior details include a hood scoop, LED lighting, fender vents, “427” badging, black hood pins, dual black Raydot-style mirrors, tinted sun visors and wind wings, black roll hoops, and a distinctive twin center-mounted exhaust system. The car rides on staggered-sized BC Forged wheels wrapped in Nitto NT05R tires measuring 275/35ZR18 in the front and 345/30ZR19 in the rear. Paint protection film has been applied to the lower front end, ahead of the rear wheel wells, and near the rear exhaust outlets. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The black interior features Cobra-branded bucket seats with diamond-stitched suede centers, complemented by matching door panels and a suede-wrapped Sparco steering wheel. Equipment includes white-faced AutoMeter gauges, a row of toggle switches, a white-finished shift knob, dual cup holders, and a Rockford Fosgate audio system with Bluetooth connectivity.
The replacement 427ci small-block V8 stroker engine was built and installed by Phoenix Engines of Phoenix, Arizona, approximately 1,100 miles ago. It features a Holley Sniper Gen II fuel-injected throttle body and generates a reported 600 HP, sent to the rear wheels through a Tremec 5-speed manual transmission. Performance equipment includes adjustable coilovers, six-piston Wilwood brakes at all four corners, power steering, and wrapped headers feeding a full-length dual exhaust system with a distinctive center-exit design. The seller states the fluids have been changed recently, and no outstanding maintenance items have been reported.
This sale will include a clean title (lien).
The seller would like you to know: “I have owned this car for 2.5 years. Installed a brand new professionally built small block 427 stroker pushing 600 HP. New interior, new gauges , stereo , clutch. The car has been garage-kept in climate control. Only take to car shows and occasional Sunday drives, and the car has never been in the rain. It has a CXS 3504 VIN Tag and is registered as a 1967 SHEBY COBRA. It is a high-quality replica built by D&D Cobra in Canada in 2009. Don, the builder of the car, sadly passed away in 2016. And one thing I really love about the car is the exhaust; there are no side pipes to burn your legs on. The exhaust comes out of the center rear," only one of its kind ". The car is a joy to drive.”

@TheGuesser Thank you, most interesting is the vin # tag don't know how the builder got it. But being registered as a 67 because of the tag makes it so much easier.
I can just imagine the comments and discussions you have had with this car at cars & coffee events, especially with any other Cobra owners. Lots of interesting pieces. 427, rectangular tail lights, center rear exhaust, dual high-back seats, interior design, etc. Best of luck with your sale!
