This short-wheelbase 1967 Porsche 912 Coupe has been refinished in black and features Martini-style racing decals, black-finished Fuchs wheels, a black interior with upgraded Sport Seats, a 5-speed manual transmission, and a 2.2-liter flat-six sourced from a 911T. Previously owned since 2018, this example is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Canada.
This early 912 is said to have been previously refinished in its current shade of black and decorated with Martini racing decals. Chrome accents can be found along the headlight bezels, horn grilles, bumpers, rear window moldings, vertical slats within the engine lid, and rear Porsche lettering. The side window trim has been finished in black, matte black exterior mirrors have been added, and a set of black-finished Fuchs wheels with colored Porsche center crests have been mounted with Toyo Proxes FZ4 tires. Additional images are provided in the gallery.
Inside, the driver is situated within a black leatherette interior contrasted with aluminum trim spanning the dashboard. Upgraded equipment includes a MOMO steering wheel and pedals, an aftermarket rest pedal and passenger footrest, Sport Seats, and Carrera and 911T badges along the dashboard.
This example is said to have been upgraded with a 2.2-liter flat-six engine borrowed from a 911T and paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. The seller has provided compression test results as shown in the gallery and recommends a complete tune-up by the next owner.
This sale will include a Canadian registration.

@SteveinVT Thanks for the good words. I don’t have the date the 2.2 L was installed. No record associated. From a 1971 911T. Last Service was done 2 years ago, by a Local wizard, Mechanic specialized in Vintage VW/ Porsche.
Cool video and cool build- just across the border. A couple of quick questions:
1) do you have the date of the 2.2 install? Any records associated with it?
2) You recommend a tune up - when was the last one?
Thanks,
Steve
@DonnieG Sure. Just uploaded 16 pics. Undercarriage and Compression tests. Easy Peasy to import to the States. Porsche is located 10 minutes from the Border.

Any chance of seeing the underneath and rust prone areas?
Thank you
@Damaho912 Hilarious. Next custodian’s prerogative to keep it that way, really Great Package, or FiT a Flat/4, or upgrade with a 3.2 L. Original 912 sounds like a VW Beetle. ( Awesome sound ) THIS Sounds like a Porsche. Candies for the eyes & hears. A Real Symphony. And with 🇺🇸 Soprano Superstar Renée Fleming in the cabin, it sounds even better. GLWTA

The flat six was borrowed from a 911T? When does it need to be returned?

This is a Cool F-Body Porsche, born with Flat/4, discarded for the Real Deal: Zuffenhausen’s Sublime Symphony. Flat-6, 2.2 L from a 911T
Martini Livery.
Interesting build with a very unique 'Carrera" radio block off plate.
