Factory-finished in Tropic Green Firemist paint over Dark Green leather upholstery, this 1967 Cadillac DeVille Convertible was originally sold from Sarling Cadillac of Seattle, Washington. It came with a 429ci V8 engine, a 3-speed automatic transmission, an Ivory convertible top, an optional 6-way power adjustable front bench seat, automatic climate control, Soft Ray glass, and Twilight Sentinel headlights. Having spent most of its life in a collection in Moses Lake, Washington, the car was purchased by the seller out of Idaho in 2022 and has since undergone extensive mechanical refurbishment at a cost of over $8k. This classic Cadillac DeVille is now being offered for auction out of Washington.
For the 1967 model year, the Cadillac DeVille series underwent extensive restyling, including long, sculpted bodylines, prominent tailfins, and a forward-tilted eggcrate front grille. This example left the factory in Tropic Green Firemist (96) paint and is believed to have been refinished in its original color many years ago. Equipment includes optional Twilight Sentinel auto-dimming headlights, a power-operated Ivory convertible top, chrome bumpers and trim pieces, a driver’s side mirror, rear fender skirts, and 15” steel wheels with Cadillac-branded hubcaps. The seller indicates the tires were replaced in August 2022, within the last 1k miles. Some cosmetic imperfections are noted around the exterior, including minor dings, scratches, spots of surface rust, chrome pitting, and a small blemish on the convertible top. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cabin features Dark Green leather (371) upholstery and matching carpets. Accessories include an optional 6-way power-adjustable front bench seat, a folding front armrest, shoulder belts, a three-spoke steering wheel, a tilting and telescoping steering column, power windows, automatic climate control, and a pushbutton AM/FM radio. The seller notes the clock works intermittently, the A/C compressor belt is missing, the radio does not get reception, and the power-adjustable front seat and antenna are inoperable.
The 429ci V8 engine features a four-barrel carburetor and was factory-rated at 340 HP. The rear wheels are driven through a 3-speed Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission, and the car is equipped with power-assisted steering and four-wheel drum brakes. A major service completed in 2025 included resealing the power steering pump, new power steering hoses, vacuum, lines, coolant and brake system flushes, a new fuel filter, an oil change, a new turn signal switch, master switch, intake gaskets, spark plugs, ignition wires, distributor components, and valve cover gaskets.
This sale will include a window sticker, a tire inflator, a convertible top boot, and a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “Car runs and drives wonderfully, I wouldn’t call it a barn find; however, it appears to be completely original, with the exception of the battery, tires, and decades-old repaint. You could enjoy this car exactly as it is, or this would be an excellent candidate for either a stock or restomod restoration. I am only selling this as my daughter, and I have gotten into ATVs & dirt bikes, and figured someone else should be able to enjoy this beautiful car since we don’t really use it.”

Good morning/afternoon all! Thanks @NAHERNORA2009 for getting the bidding started on my, soon to be someone else's, Cadillac! FYI the driving video was taken heading east on I90 towards the mountains at about 1000ft elevation and she cruises comfortably at 70-80 mph and pulls really strong. I will be available throughout the auction if anyone has additional questions not covered in my listing.
Bid in the amount of $2,500

Thank you for checking out my Cadillac! I purchased it in November '22 and have only put about 615 miles on it since then (pic 296 shows the reset trip odometer). I purchased this particular one for the story...since I have lived in Washington for most of my life I thought it was cool this sold new in Seattle and spent it's life in Washington. Long story short when the car arrived the run-ability and cosmetic condition were misrepresented by the seller unfortunately, I drove the car for about 150 miles and it started to run poorly so I parked it while I figured out what I was going to do. Fast forward a couple years and I decided to sell it as I have taken on other projects and hobbies. I did not want the next owner to have the same poor experience I did buying this so I had it mechanically gone through and cosmetically attended to without taking away from its originality...she now starts/runs/drives/stops beautifully and cosmetically she now looks like a well preserved original classic. Please reach out if you have any questions and if you're in the Seattle area and want to see her in person that would be great! Thank you all for checking out my auction and Thank You PCar for your hard work!
