A 1965 Shelby Cobra replica, this Factory Five Racing Mk1 Roadster comes finished in green over a black interior and features a custom fuel-injected Ford 302ci V8 sending power to the wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission and a 3.27 rear end. This Mk1 Roadster is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Florida with approximately 28k miles showing on the odometer.
The car’s lightweight fiberglass bodywork is finished in green with dual white racing stripes and features dual black roll hoops, quick jack bumperettes, side-exit exhaust pipes, a hood scoop, wind wings, a polished aluminum fuel cap, and a chrome bullet-style driver’s mirror. The car rides on 15” Halibrand-style faux knock-off wheels dressed in BF Goodrich tires. The seller notes some cosmetic imperfections are present including small paint chips, detailed images are provided in the gallery.
The cockpit features a pair of black bucket seats with a matching dashboard, door panels, center console, and carpets. Accessories include a leather-wrapped three-spoke steering wheel, Simpson racing harnesses, sun visors, a dash-mounted rearview mirror, a fire extinguisher, and a sound system.

A claimed output of 300 HP is sent to the rear wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission and a 3.27 rear end.
