Finished in Bahama Sand over Sandalwood cloth upholstery, this 1963 Cadillac Coupe de Ville was reportedly restored under previous ownership and fitted with a replacement Chevrolet LS 5.3-liter small block V8 engine paired with a 4L60E automatic transmission. It was also equipped with a Vintage Air A/C system and Dakota Digital gauges. Driven less than 300 miles since the engine was installed, this LS-powered Cadillac Coupe de Ville is now being offered for auction out of Massachusetts.

The second-generation Cadillac de Ville series was introduced in 1961 and restyled in 1963 with longer front fenders, lower-profile tailfins, and a taller radiator grille for a bolder appearance. This example has been refinished in the factory color of Bahama Sand (44) and features chrome trim and bumpers, rear wheel arch covers, a driver’s side mirror, and “Coupe de Ville” script badges on the rear quarters. It rides on 15” steel wheels with Cadillac emblem covers and Mastercraft whitewall tires. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The cabin features Sandalwood cloth upholstery and matching carpets complemented by bright chrome trim and a painted lower dashboard. Accessories include a power-adjustable front bench seat with a folding center armrest, a two-spoke steering wheel, power windows, an analog clock, a locking glove box, a pushbutton AM radio, aftermarket Dakota Digital gauges, and a Vintage Air A/C system. All gauges and accessories are said to be fully functional.

The car’s original motor has been swapped with a 5.3-liter small block V8 Chevrolet LS engine. The rear wheels are driven through a replacement 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission. The seller states the car has been driven under 300 miles since the engine conversion was completed.

This sale will include a clean title.

The seller would like you to know: “The vehicle is very clean with no rust underneath, clean straight body, paint 9/10, LS swap runs strong, freezing Vintage Air.”
