@JPD Hi. No Problem. Yes front pto is live. There are 2 ranges field range and road range. In each range you have 4 gears. Top speed on road range is 28km /h or about 18 miles./h. The clutch seems fine . I have driven the tractor only from Farm to Farm and never pulled anything heavy behind it. I hope this helps.
Thanks for your patience answering these basic questions.
Is the front pto live?
How many gears.
Clutch is good?
Is there a road speed?
@JPD Hi The weight as far as I can figure is 3340 lbs. The tire condition is good fronts fairly new rear tires are good but older. The sickle mower is driven by engaging a gear which drives a double pulley with belts. The sickle mower gets lowered manual , by taken a nut off a rod and the front part gets than lowered by an hydraulic cylinder. Yes it has a front pto which gets engaged by a lever in front of the engine. Thanks for your inquiry.
What is the weight. Without sickle?
Tire condition?
How is that side sickle mower driven?
And.how.does it raise lower?
It appears from the.photos there is a front pto?
@JPD Hi. Yes live pto. Thanks for your inquiry.
Is the pto live?
Hi, my name is Egon. I am a cashcrop farmer with a love for antique Porsches, including tractors :-). I came across this little gem by accident on a drive to nearby Listowel, Ontario and couldn't resist. I have worked on it a bit but this winter acquired a 1970 911S which has now taken up my spare time. I have been a PCA member since 1992. I can send more videos of the tractor and the mower running.
Yes, it is included. I had sent a video showing the mower running but it wasn't included in the ad.
Does it come with the sickle mower?
