Available for auction is a full scale 804 wire frame. The Porsche 804 is a sinlge-seat, open-wheeled racing car that was designed to compete in Formula 1. It raced for a single season in 1962 in the ½ litre formula. The frame was created as a sheet metal forming buck and is constructed of steel round rods and is painted in grey. 
The seller states frame was constructed at the Wilson collection. The frame has the full dimensions of a real car and measures 140” in length with a height of 73”.
