This 1962 Chevrolet Chevy II Nova is said to have undergone a complete frame-off restoration receiving a custom two-tone silver and matte black paint theme with red accents, a custom interior, a rebuilt 350ci IROC Camaro V8, a new automatic transmission, disc brakes, Cragar wheels, and more. Reported to have traveled less than 100 miles since completion of the restoration, this Chevy II Nova is now being offered at auction by its seller out of New Jersey.
The exterior was repainted in a silver and matte black two-tone color scheme separated by a red pinstripe. Exterior details include chrome front and rear bumpers, a cowl hood, a custom front grille, a matte black taillight panel, chrome mirrors, “V8” fender badging, “Nova SS” tribute badging on the rear quarter panels, and dual black exhaust tips. The seller reports some minor exterior blemishes, detailed images are provided in the gallery. Polished 15” Cragar 601C wheels wear SS-style center caps, red wheel protectors, and Riken Raptor tires from 2021.
The interior has been completely reupholstered with black cloth front and rear bench seats, matching vinyl door panels with a red stripe, and a black headliner. Details include embroidered “62 Nova” insignias on the door panels, a Hurst shifter, a Summit Racing tachometer mounted in front of the instrument cluster, a Grant GT steering wheel, a diamond-stitched dashboard cover, and an aftermarket amplifier connected to a Kenwood stereo head unit. The trunk has also been reupholstered in gray carpet and features a red embroidered Chevrolet bowtie. The seller reports all instruments and accessories, including the air conditioning, are fully functional apart from the windshield wipers which are currently disconnected.
A 350ci V8 was sourced from an IROC Camaro and is said to have been rebuilt prior to installation. The rear wheels are driven by an automatic transmission. The seller states that most components were replaced or rebuilt during the restoration.

Sounds great and the fuel injected engine opposed to carb' set up makes for a fun ride to just hop in and go.
