The last of the XK series, XK150 was produced as Jaguar’s flagship sports car from 1957 until 1961 featuring traditional elegant styling, an upscale interior, and powerful inline-six engines. This 1958 Jaguar XK150 is one of 2,265 Open Two-Seater (OTS) roadsters produced in total and was originally sold by Jaguar Cars New York. It comes finished in Mist Grey over a Red leather interior and is powered by its original 3.4-liter engine. Accompanied by a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, this classic British sports car is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Pennsylvania.

With a timeless design that resembles earlier XK series cars, the XK150’s bodywork is slightly larger than its predecessors and includes a curved one-piece windshield, a wider bonnet, and a higher streamlined profile. This example is finished in its factory-specified color of Mist Grey with a black convertible top. It features a chrome radiator grille as well as a chrome windscreen frame, chrome bumpers, dual polished tailpipes, dual fender-mounted mirrors, and a round badge on the trunk celebrating Jaguar’s victories at Le Mans. It rides on chrome wire-spoke knock-off wheels with Goodyear whitewall tires. The seller notes some minor surface scratches are present and some paint is cracking below the driver’s side taillight. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The cabin is lined with red carpeting and matching leather upholstery on the seats, center console, dashboard, and door panels. Accessories include a wood-rimmed three-spoke steering wheel, a wooden gear knob, chrome door handles and window cranks, a polished handbrake lever, a locking glovebox, and a central instrument panel with analog Smiths gauges. The seller reports all gauges and accessories to be fully functional.

This Jaguar is equipped with its original 3.4-liter inline-six DOHC engine featuring an aluminum head, hemispherical combustion chambers, and dual SU carburetors. Up to 190 HP is sent to the rear wheels through a 4-speed manual transmission. The chassis includes rack & pinion steering and four-wheel-disc brakes. Images of the undercarriage are provided in the gallery.

This sale will include a toolkit, a spare tire, a Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, and a clean title.

@JamesGoodfellow With that distance, I would have it transported. You can fly into the Pittsburgh airport. Depending on traffic, we are approximately 40 minutes away.

Had one of these back in Buffalo in the late 60's. It was great. I learned a lot about fixing things and the infamous Lucas electric systems. Unfortunately the tine worm with salt and snow took its toll. Pulling away from a stop one day, the left rear wheel fell off and passed me and the car. This one looks beautiful.
