Up for auction is this masterfully-built 1957 Porsche 356A Outlaw.  Having been extensively restored in 2013 by a 356-expert builder/restorer, over $90k was invested in creating this one-of-a-kind build with a strong emphasis on style and reliability.  It is now being offered in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition out of Ontario, Canada.

After sitting for many years in storage, the owner commissioned a window-out respray in Guards Red upon his purchase.  Additionally, all chrome surfaces were re-finished as well as the installation of all new rubber seals.  The car currently shows to be in excellent condition with only a few minor flaws noted (detailed images are available in the photo gallery).  Giving this 356 its distinct “Outlaw Look” are a few key styling cues such as front and rear metal fender flares, a bespoke louvered rear decklid, GT aluminum racing mirrors, a center-hood fuel filler and halogen headlights.  The seller also notes that a sunroof was added along with an updated "356 B" front-end which adds a bit of mystique to this eye-catching build.  The car rolls on staggered 16” Fuchs wheels that come wrapped in Dunlop tires with only 4k miles of use.

The interior of this 356 represents the perfect mix of elegance and performance.  Featuring its original tan leather upholstery, this interior has been fitted with a new dashboard, new headliner, and rebuilt fuel/oil and speedometer gauges.  Exclusive interior features include 2-point seatbelts in red, a fire extinguisher, upgraded radio with smartphone connectivity, new speakers, and a Nardi steering wheel.  The seller notes that the original steering wheel will be included with the sale.

Powering this one-of-a-kind Outlaw is a fully rebuilt 1.6L flat-four cylinder engine sourced from a 1965 912.  Upgraded with dual IDF Weber carburetors, and an upgraded 12V electrical system powering the distributorless ignition system, this 356 puts out a hearty 110HP via a 4-speed manual transaxle that was completely rebuilt 2009 with a new Sachs clutch.  Said to be in excellent running condition, this 356 offers a truly uncompromising driving experience and is ready to be enjoyed by its next owner.

Keeping this 356 planted is a rebuilt suspension featuring KYB shocks on all four corners.  Additionally, a complete four-wheel disc brake conversion has been carried including braided steel brake lines and a fully rebuilt master cylinder.  This 356 is sure to impress anyone who gets behind the wheel.

The sale will include 3 keys and a clear title. Don't miss your opportunity to own this unique and visceral outlaw.
