This 1953 Ford F-100 underwent refurbishment under prior ownership and is finished in blue over grey vinyl upholstery. It is powered by a 239ci flathead V8 linked to a 3-speed manual transmission and comes equipped with chrome-finished steel bumpers, a wood-floor cargo bed, turn signals, drum brakes, a heater, and lap belts. This F-100 pickup is now being offered for auction by its seller out of Oklahoma.
This truck showcases a blue exterior that reportedly underwent repainting under previous ownership. It features chrome-finished steel bumpers, a dual-bar grille, turn signals, a cowl vent, running boards, dual mirrors, dual taillights, and V8 badging. The cargo bed is adorned with a wood-lined floor and a fold-down tailgate with covered chain supports. It rides on 15'' steel wheels with polished Ford-logo hub caps, wrapped in tires with ample tread remaining. Additionally, the seller highlights that the paint has been treated with ceramic coating. Detailed images are provided in the gallery.
Within the cab, a bench seat featuring grey vinyl upholstery sits amidst body-color sheet metal, complemented by a black floor mat. Standard features include a black three-spoke steering wheel, a heater, vent windows, sun visors, a hinged ashtray, and a glove box. The turn signal control is mounted on the steering column. Aftermarket oil pressure and temperature gauges have been fitted, and all gauges and electronics are reported to be working properly.
The 239ci flathead V8 is equipped with a downdraft carburetor, an open-element air cleaner, and a fan shroud, delivering power to the rear wheels via a column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. Stopping is provided by drum brakes.
This sale will include a clean title.
The seller would like you to know: “OK guys, it is a pleasure to offer this really clean 50th Anniversary Ford F100, which was the last year of the Flathead V8. I feel this original configured restoration is above and beyond most out there, as these types of restorations over Hot Rod or Custom tend to be extreme budget builds, especially with paint/body quality. This particular truck has had the extra time and money spent on it to make it a really nice original example, and is ready to be driven, shown at car shows, or would make a great promotional truck for about any business.”

Ok guy, we are in the last closing hours of the auctions, so please do let me know if there are any questions or needed details. I can also assist with shipping needs and logistics, along with work with delivery time needs if more time is needed, where will keep the truck in our climates controlled storage if needed.
I have a very fair reserve on this truck, which well below what Build Coast would actually be if someone was to build one, so don’t let this one get away.
