Available for auction is a fully restored, one-of-a-kind 1950s Universal Liquor single-sided porcelain neon sign featuring a working clock, flashing chaser light bulbs, and stainless steel channel letters. 
Originally from an old liquor store in Iowa, this show-stopping piece has undergone a complete, professional restoration including all-new neon glass, wiring, transformers, electronics for the chaser bulbs, and a new clock motor with hands. 
The stainless steel has been cleaned and polished to a high shine, and the sign includes new mounting brackets, hanging straps, and eye bolts. It measures approximately 7 feet tall by 9 feet wide and is housed in a brand-new can/body. This sign is fully operational with no clear coat or touch-ups, maintaining its original porcelain finish. It comes with a custom-built wooden crate for safe transport and storage.

Amazing piece! It’s really nice to see a restored sign that originally had neon and the flashing bulbs. Most of what I see today is old porcelain signs that get neon added. GLWS!
