Exclusively manufactured by Ford Britain, Ford SAF, and Ford Germany from 1932 to 1937, the Ford Model Y Saloon was a compact car that exemplified the company's commitment to offering a cost-effective and pragmatic vehicle tailored to the needs of the European market in the 1930s. This 1936 example and comes finished in dual-tone grey and black over black upholstery. Imported to the United States from Europe upon the seller’s acquisition, this example was previously listed on PCARMARKET and is now being offered for auction once again out of New York.
Featuring a traditional saloon body style, the Model Y presents a prominent front grille, rounded fenders, integrated front headlamps, rear-hinged doors, and rear-mounted spare wheel & tire. This example comes finished in a dual-tone grey and black paint configuration complemented by chrome trim along the windshield wiper, bumpers, door handles, and wheel center caps. It rides on black-finished wire wheels dressed in older tires. An area of paint chipping is depicted in the gallery along with additional detailed images.
The cabin presents black leatherette upholstery including front bucket seats and a rear bench with matching door panels. A black three-spoke steering wheel frames Cooper Stewart instrumentation and various push-pull switches. Equipment includes a rearview mirror, roll-up windows, door storage pockets, and a doorless glove compartment. A tear in the headliner is noted.
Beneath the bonnet lies a 933cc side-valve inline-four-cylinder engine, sending power to the rear wheels by way of a three-speed manual gearbox. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel mechanical brakes. The seller states the oil and fluids were changed upon their acquisition.
This sale will include a New York registration.

@Snowflee17 yes it can be registered in other states. It comes with a transferable registration since New York does not issue titles for cars before 1972.
Can it be registered in a different state, you indicate that it comes with a NY registration not a title???
