The replica’s design presents an iconic streamlined silhouette incorporating a signature chrome grille, integrated running boards, and an aerodynamic boattail rear end. Details include dual round headlights with chrome bezels, while chrome accents continue along the body, mirrors, split windshield, door handles, and classic wire wheels with whitewall tires. This example is finished in white accented with gold pinstriping and a tan manually retractable soft top. The seller notes a couple of minor touched-up paint imperfections. The two-seater cabin is trimmed in tan leather upholstery complemented with burl walnut trim along the dashboard. Equipment includes a 3-spoke banjo-style steering wheel mounted on a tilt steering column, a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror, Dolphin gauges, a Lokar shifter, leather-trimmed door pockets, and tan carpeting.

Power is provided by a supercharged 400ci Ford V8 engine generating power to the rear wheels through a Ford C6 automatic transmission. Performance features include power steering, power brakes, front disc brakes, and a Ford 9” rear axle. The seller adds that the restoration in 2023 was carried out by the owner, an experienced mechanic. This included new fuel lines, brake lines, brakes, and additional mechanical refurbishments.

This car came from California (of course!) and is finished in white which is complemented by a pristine tan interior with a beautiful Walnut Burl Dash and Three-Spoke Banjo Steering Wheel. Overall, this car is stunning, special, and in outstanding condition. This 1935 Vintage Auburn Boattail Speedster Replica had a professional nut and bolt mechanical restoration completed by the current owner in 2023. This did not include a repaint, just mechanical. The result is a beautiful example of an early American Automobile. She has a Ford 400cc Supercharged V8 under the hood, coupled to her C-6 Automatic Transmission; she runs and drives beautifully. She also has a (tan) manual convertible top that needs to be replaced. We have the frame and bows; however, this is not going to be driven in the rain so it's really a "nice to have" extra which can be added at any time. Options include Power steering and Power brakes as well as wire wheels and overall, the car looks spectacular.
