Produced between the years 1965-1996, this particular Ford represents the final model year of the original Bronco and is said to remain in excellent condition with just over 12k miles traveled from new. One of the most iconic 4x4’s of all time with an unprecedented following of enthusiasts, this Bronco XLT underwent some major recent refurbishment and is now being offered for auction by its seller in California accompanied by a clean title and CARFAX report.
The Dark Toreador Red finish is said to be well-preserved, detailed images are provided in the photo gallery along with paint meter readings. Exterior features include side running boards, chrome bumpers and trim, a brushed stainless-steel tailgate, a color-matched bed cap, and 15” vented aluminum wheels that are currently dressed in a set of Toyo Open Country A/T tires.
Inside, you will find a highly original gray cloth interior that is reported to be in excellent condition aside from a small crack depicted on the dashboard. This XLT-model comes factory equipped with a leather-bound steering wheel, power accessories, air conditioning, and cruise control. The original radio remains in place and all gauges and accessories are said to be working properly.
This top-range model is equipped with a 5.8 L small-block V8 engine rated at 205 HP and 328 lb.-ft of torque from the factory. All four wheels are driven through a 4-speed automatic transmission and a dual-range transfer case. The underbody is said to have been recently refurbished with several parts sand-blasted and powder-coated including the fuel tank, sway bars, and brackets. Other recent maintenance items are said to include an overhaul of the brakes with new pads, rotors, hoses, wheel cylinders, fluid, and shoes, as well as the replacements of the shocks, rear sway bar links, radius arm bushings, front upper and lower ball joints, and the front ABS speed sensor. A differential service was also reportedly carried out in addition to an oil change and transmission service in the last several weeks.

@BigG Seems that way. Apparently the guy owned a few Broncos and always opted for removing the spare wheel bracket outside. I am sure some type of bracket or harness can be added inside but there's nothing there, for now.
There does not seem to be a bracket inside the truck for a spare...did the previous owner decide not to carry one around?
Hello! Sorry for the late reply. @twinvipers it very well could be, but the meters are even and the paint is nice with no variation. We haven't advertised it as original paint on the safe side. The underside is really what needed the most attention as Ford didn't properly protect the metals for the elements. We spent a month+ disassembling, sand blasting, powder coating, etc, plus transmission service, suspension, the whole nine. Thanks!
the owner that sold the dealer the truck removed the exterior tire carrier and obviously repaired the holes left in the passenger quarter and tailgate caused by securing the tire carrier brackets.
